2. Purpose of the platform

EuroBus24.eu is an online platform connecting bus rental
clients seeking services, carriers, drivers, and others
transport market participants.

EuroBus24 itself does not provide passenger transport services if, in a specific

3. Account and User Responsibility

The consumer must provide truthful, relevant, and non-misleading information

Publicly displayed user-submitted textual content may be
automatically translated into other EuroBus24 languages. Automatic translation
is an auxiliary function and may be inaccurate, therefore legally or

5. Inquiries and transport offers

When an ad is removed at the user's initiative, the unused advertising

8. Payments

Payments for PRO subscriptions and other paid EuroBus24 services
can be made through the Stripe payment system.

EuroBus24 does not store full payment card data. Cards and
Payment data is processed by Stripe according to its terms.

If the payment fails, the paid function may be inactivated,
temporarily suspended or restricted until the payment is successfully completed.

9. PRO Subscription Cancellation

The user can manage or cancel the PRO subscription through EuroBus24
the provided Stripe customer portal.

After automatic renewal is stopped, PRO functions usually remain active
until the end of the already paid period, unless in a specific case
stated otherwise.

Simply canceling the subscription does not automatically create the right to a refund
tax for a period already paid, except in cases provided for by legislation.

10. Consumers' right of withdrawal

The user rights specified in this section apply only to individuals
who are considered consumers under the law and purchase the service not
for business, trade, professional, or economic activity purposes.

When a statutory requirement for withdrawal from a distance contract applies,
right, the consumer may exercise it within the term and procedure established by law.

If the consumer explicitly requests to start providing the service before it ends

For the carrier, company, or other person purchasing EuroBus24 services

13. Platform Availability and Responsibility

EuroBus24 aims to ensure stable and secure platform operation,

These conditions may be updated if EuroBus24 functions change,

18. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to
mandatory consumer protection rights, which in a specific case may
be applied to the consumer.

Disputes are primarily sought to be resolved through negotiations. The consumer also
may apply to the competent consumer protection authority,
when such a right applies to it.

19. Language versions and automatic translations

The main version of these terms is in Lithuanian. In other languages
versions provided are intended for user convenience and may be
prepared using automatic translation technologies.

If discrepancies arise between the Lithuanian and translated versions,

legal norms that are mandatory for the consumer in the specific case.
